Shanghai Baoxing Bio-Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd. (BXBIO) was found in 1997. BXBIO is an experienced manufacturer of bio-reactors (fermenter), bioprocess controllers and a provider of bio-engineering services. BXBIO and its engineering team with experience of designing and manufacturing fermenters devote themselves to studying, improving, and development of fermenters, the BIOTECH series fermenters and controllers have satisfied their users all over the world because of our advanced and high quality products and the satisfying, timely after services. The BXBIO products have been widely used in education, scientific research, bio-manufacture etc., and there are over 6 thousands BXBIO products working perfectly nowadays.Our main founder and technologist are all graduate from East China University of Science and Technology, specialized in biological engineering, chemical engineering, automation, chemical machinery, and mostly worked for world famous fermenter manufacturers like B.BRANU and NBS. We work closely with university like ECUST (East China University of Science and Technology), SJTU (Shanghai Jiaotong University) etc.We currently cover over 6000m2, BXBIO is with class I & II pressure vessel manufacturing qualification.BXBIO has production department, install department, pilot department, auxiliary facilities, quality inspection department, X-ray detection room, and research department, equipped with necessary instrument.BXBIO's equipment including: 10 lathe of all kinds; 3 plasma cutting machine; over 40 sets of automatic and semi-automatic welding machine; 7sets of automatic polishing machine, welding line machine, electric beveling machine; 1 endoscopic instrument for checking weld line of pipe; 2 X-ray detecting machine; 7 sets of accessory equipments such as bridge cranes loading vehicles and lift platform, and laboratory equipment such as vertical clean benches, shaker, lab water system, on-line mass spectrum analyzer etc. Whole system is running steadily and efficiently, trained some technician and couple production operators.
